We collect data solely to provide and improve our market intelligence services. We do not sell your personal data to data brokers.

A. Data Linked to You The following data is linked to your identity (user account):

  • Contact Info: Name and Email Address. Used for account creation, authentication ("My Profile"), and support.

  • User Content: Search history, saved filters (e.g., "Axopar 37"), and generated PDF reports. Used to provide the app's core functionality.

B. Data Not Linked to You (Aggregated/Technical)

  • Identifiers: Device ID and IP Address. Used for security logs and fraud prevention.

  • Diagnostics: Crash data and performance data. Used to fix bugs and improve app stability.

  • Usage Data: Product interaction (e.g., which buttons you tap). Used for internal analytics to improve User Experience (UX).

2. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and analytics providers (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) acting on our behalf to operate the infrastructure.

  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

3. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

  • Retention: We retain your account data as long as your account is active.

  • Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data.

    • How to delete: You can delete your account directly within the app settings via the "Delete Account" button or by contacting us at contactus@price-tide.com upon request, your personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption in transit via HTTPS/TLS) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
