Welcome to PriceTide. By accessing our application, website, subscribing to our plans, or using our reports, you unequivocally agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. THE SERVICE

PriceTide is a market intelligence and data aggregation platform. Our tool scans the internet for publicly available information regarding vessel prices, compiles this data, and presents statistical and historical analysis to aid in decision-making.

Important: PriceTide is NOT a broker, dealership, or marketplace. We do not sell boats, nor do we facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.

2. DATA DISCLAIMER & SOURCES

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Data Source: The information presented (prices, models, years, specifications) is collected from public sources and third-party websites available on the internet.

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: PriceTide does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of this data. The market is dynamic; a vessel listed yesterday may be sold or modified today.

  • Third-Party Errors: We are not responsible for typographical errors, misleading photos, or false information originating from the original listings indexed by our platform.

  • Not Financial Advice: Any buying or selling decision based on PriceTide reports is your sole responsibility. Our reports are estimation tools, not official valuation appraisals.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • PriceTide Rights: The platform design, aggregation algorithms, source code, branding, and report structures are the exclusive property of PriceTide.

  • Third-Party Rights: Vessel images, original descriptions, and manufacturer trademarks cited belong to their respective owners. PriceTide uses these materials for informational and indexing purposes only.

4. PERMITTED USE

You agree to use PriceTide solely for personal or professional market analysis. It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Perform reverse engineering on our application or source code.

  • Use our data to build a competing aggregation service.

  • Share your account credentials or paid reports with unauthorized third parties.

5. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION

  • Access to detailed reports is provided via subscription or one-time payment, as described on the pricing page.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time to stop automatic renewal for the next cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused time.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRICETIDE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES IN VESSEL NEGOTIATIONS.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Comarca of Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
